A Leap Year Custom Lives On
No one knows for certain the origin of the custom that allows women to propose marriage on Leap Day. Leap Day, the extra day added every four years to put the calendar year in synch with the solar year. One explanation for the custom comes from Ireland. According to Irish legend, Saint Brigid, an Irish holy woman who lived in the fifth century, complained to Saint Patrick about women having to wait for men to propose. Saint Patrick agreed that this practice was unfair, so he decided that eager females could propose on this one day. A different explanation of the custom comes from medieval England. According to this explanation, people there thought that because Leap Day existed to fix a problem in the calendar, it could also be used to fix an old and unjust practice. In 1288, the custom became an actual law in Scotland. Not only did the Scottish law allow women to propose on any day during a Leap Year, but it also said that any man who declined a woman proposal had to pay a fine! Whatever its origins, the tradition of women taking the initiative one day a year lives on in Sadie Hwakins Day celebrations held in many communities in the US even today.

Gak. I'm being mentioned in my mother's class o.o no wonder I was sneezing so much that morning.
Hmmm.. How's life guys and gals? Things are getting pretty hectic for me this month. Common tests, Practical reports, Mini projects and the like you know. Gah I don't like group work. Not when the work actually contributes to the final grade. And not when the members are expecting you to be the leader. T.T
O well, in other news, Jason has left us (me) for NILAI. But I bet all of you knew that already. He's settling into classes with all the brainiacs pretty well I suppose. Jason why don't YOU tell them.

Final patch notes for 1.01 CNC kane's wrath.
Desync Fixes
· Fixed a desync that occurs when a Nod ally attempts to create a Decoy army of a Mechapede.
· Fixed a desync that occurs when creating a free-for-all 8 player game with 6 brutal AI.
· Fixed a desync that occurs when playing a 6 player game with 4 AIs after both human players have been eliminated and are spectating the match.
· Fixed a desync that occurs when playing against a brutal AI with 2 players on level Unfair Advantage.
· Fixed a desync that occurs when playing with 2 players against a Brutal Black Hand AI on the map Unfair Advantage.
· Fixed a desync when 2 players use Black Hand vs GDI on the map Tournament Arena.

· Build radius: most unit production structures no longer provide a build radius, all conyards have had their build radii increased by 25%

WE WENT OUT. HAHA. On 30th MAY. Didn't do much. Jason, Nat and I hung around pyramid waiting for Mun and Nicky to join us after college. Had lunch at KFC. Proposed Hartz but Mun Li was suddenly so money-concious XD Just talked and talked. Not bad eh? Haven't seen each other for so long but still can talk so much. Tis good =P
